Daily Prioritize Organizer - AI Features and Data Sharing

Daily Prioritize Organizer is a mobile productivity application provided by Lorden Games. In addition to the general terms of this Privacy Policy, the following terms apply specifically to the Daily Prioritize Organizer app.

Data Collected in the App

When you use Daily Prioritize Organizer, we may collect and store the following categories of data:

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, sign-in provider, and internal user ID
  • Task content that you create or edit manually, including task titles, notes, checklist items, categories, priorities, durations, archive records, and scheduling data
  • Voice recordings that you choose to submit for AI voice planning
  • Purchase and subscription status information used to manage Standard and Pro access
  • Notification tokens and related settings used to send reminders
  • Basic technical and service data required to operate, secure, and synchronize the app

How Data Is Collected

We collect data when you:

  • create an account or sign in with Email, Google, or Apple
  • create, edit, archive, move, restore, or organize tasks
  • submit a voice note for AI processing
  • enable notifications
  • purchase or restore a subscription

AI Voice Processing

The AI voice planning feature is optional. Before any voice recording is sent for AI processing, the app asks for your permission.

If you choose to use the voice planning feature, your voice recording and the spoken content contained in that recording are sent to Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini) solely for the purpose of:

  • transcribing the voice note
  • interpreting the planning request
  • generating editable structured tasks for your account

We do not use manual task creation to send data to the AI service. If you do not use the voice feature, your data is not sent to the AI provider for this purpose.

Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini) is used only to process the voice request and return structured task results. Data sent for this feature is not used by us to advertise to you, and it is not used to train Google models for this feature.

Third-Party Service Providers

To provide Daily Prioritize Organizer, we may use trusted third-party service providers, including:

  • Google Firebase, for authentication, cloud database, file storage, and notifications
  • Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini), for optional AI voice processing
  • RevenueCat, for subscription management and entitlement synchronization
  • Apple, for App Store purchases, subscription billing, and related platform services

These providers are used only as necessary to operate the app and are expected to provide the same or equivalent protection for personal data as required by applicable law and platform rules.

How We Use This Data

We use app data to:

  • create and manage user accounts
  • synchronize planner content across app sessions
  • process optional AI voice requests
  • provide reminders and notification features
  • manage subscriptions, credit balances, renewals, and purchase restoration
  • maintain app security, integrity, and reliability

Deleting Data

Users can delete their account from inside the app. When an account is deleted, we delete the user profile, planner data, archive history, and uploaded voice files associated with the account, subject to any legal obligations or limited technical retention requirements.

Religious Library - AI Features and Data Sharing

Religious Library provides source-grounded answers based on the religious source packs selected by the user. When a user asks a question and gives permission in the app, Religious Library may process the question text, selected source pack IDs and names, preferred answer language, answer length preference, relevant retrieved passages or citations, chat session information, usage and credit status, subscription entitlement information, and technical diagnostics needed to operate the service.

Religious Library uses Firebase and Google Cloud services to authenticate users, store chat and saved-answer data, manage app settings, process server-side requests, prevent abuse, and monitor reliability. For AI answer generation, the app sends the user's question, selected source information, answer language, and relevant retrieved passages or citations through Lorden Games' secure Firebase/Google Cloud backend to Google Gemini / Vertex AI services. This information is used to retrieve relevant source passages and generate a source-grounded answer.

Users are asked for permission in the app before their question data is sent to the AI service. Users may decline this permission, in which case AI answers cannot be generated. Users can also withdraw this permission from the app settings. We ask users not to include private, medical, financial, or other sensitive personal information in their questions.

We use this data for app functionality, source-grounded answer generation, citation display, chat history, saved answers, subscription and credit management, security, abuse prevention, analytics, and crash diagnostics. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for third-party advertising tracking.

Chat retention depends on the user's plan: Free chats may be kept for up to 30 days, Premium Basic chats for up to 90 days, Premium Plus chats for up to 180 days, and Premium Pro chats for up to 365 days, unless the user deletes them earlier. Saved answers may remain available until the user removes them or deletes the account. Users can delete their account from within the app.

Third-party service providers used by Religious Library, including Google/Firebase, Google Gemini / Vertex AI, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play where applicable, are used only to provide app functionality, infrastructure, subscription processing, analytics, diagnostics, and AI response generation. These providers are required to protect user data using privacy and security safeguards that are the same as or comparable to those described in this Privacy Policy.

Yaratıcı Drama - AI Features and Data Sharing

Yaratıcı Drama provides AI-assisted creative drama workshop planning, drama game suggestions, session flow generation, evaluation summaries, and development report drafting for trainers and educators. AI features are optional. Before a user sends any AI request, the app asks for explicit in-app permission.

When a user chooses to use an AI feature and gives permission, Yaratıcı Drama may process the information the user enters for that request, such as target audience, age or level, participant count, session duration, workshop goal, theme, setting, energy level, participant characteristics, trainer notes, evaluation observations, tags, selected report type, and the current AI output or refinement instruction. If voice transcription is available and the user chooses to use it, the selected voice note may also be processed for transcription.

Yaratıcı Drama uses Firebase and Google Cloud services to authenticate users, store user profile data, save workshop, participant, group, evaluation, report, and AI history data, process server-side requests, prevent abuse, and monitor reliability. For AI generation, the app sends the relevant request data through Lorden Games OÜ's secure Firebase/Google Cloud backend to Google Gemini services. This data is used to generate creative drama workshop plans, drama game suggestions, refined AI outputs, evaluation summaries, or voice-note transcriptions requested by the user.

Users are asked for permission in the app before their data is sent for AI processing. Users may decline this permission, in which case AI features cannot generate results. Users can also withdraw this permission later from the app settings. We ask users not to include unnecessary sensitive personal information, medical information, financial information, or diagnostic statements in AI prompts or trainer notes.

AI-generated evaluation and development report features are designed for supportive educational use only. They are not medical, psychological, diagnostic, or clinical assessments. The app is intended to help trainers organize observations and write constructive educational summaries.

We use this data for app functionality, AI-assisted workshop planning, AI-assisted evaluation summaries, saved AI output history, report drafting, account management, subscription management, security, abuse prevention, analytics, and crash diagnostics. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for third-party advertising tracking.

Saved AI outputs, workshops, participant records, reports, and related user content may remain available in the user's account until the user deletes them or deletes the account. Users can delete their account from within the app.

Pet Helper - AI Features and Data Sharing

Pet Helper is a mobile pet care application provided by Lorden Games OÜ. In addition to the general terms of this Privacy Policy, the following terms apply specifically to the Pet Helper app.

Data Collected in the App

When you use Pet Helper, we may collect and store the following categories of data:

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, sign-in provider, and internal user ID.
  • Pet profile information, such as pet name, species, breed, birth year or age, weight, sex, spay/neuter status, care notes, allergies, chronic conditions, diagnosed conditions, and medical notes.
  • Pet photos and other images that you choose to upload or attach.
  • Health and care information that you choose to enter, such as symptoms, feeding logs, medications, vaccines, reminders, vet visits, health records, documents, and notes.
  • Chat messages, assistant responses, saved answers, source references, and chat history.
  • Voice recordings or voice note files that you choose to submit for assistant processing.
  • Location data when you choose to use nearby veterinary clinic discovery.
  • Purchase, subscription, entitlement, or plan status information used to manage Free and Pro access.
  • Technical, diagnostic, security, and usage data required to operate, protect, improve, and troubleshoot the app.

AI Assistant Processing

Pet Helper includes optional AI-assisted features. When you ask the assistant a question, the app may send your question, selected pet profile details, relevant health context, attached images, attached voice notes, and retrieved pet-care reference passages through Firebase Cloud Functions operated by Lorden Games OÜ to Google Gemini or related Google Cloud AI services.

This processing is used to generate the assistant response requested by you. The assistant is designed to provide educational pet care guidance and organization support. It is not a veterinarian, does not provide a medical diagnosis, and does not replace professional veterinary care.

Firebase, Storage, and Chat History

Pet Helper uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, database storage, file storage, server-side functions, security, and reliability. Uploaded pet images, chat attachments, profile data, health records, reminders, chat history, and saved answers may be stored using Firebase services so the app can provide its core functionality.

Chat retention depends on your plan. Free chat history may be retained for up to 7 days. Pro chat history may be retained for up to 30 days. Saved answer limits may also depend on your plan. Free users may save up to 3 answers, and Pro users may save up to 10 answers, unless these limits are changed in the app.

Location Data

If you use nearby veterinary clinic discovery, Pet Helper may request access to your device location. Location data is used to show nearby veterinary clinics or relevant pet care places. You can deny or disable location permission in your device settings, but nearby discovery may not work without it.

Third-Party Service Providers

To provide Pet Helper, we may use trusted third-party service providers, including:

  • Google Firebase and Google Cloud, for authentication, database, file storage, server-side functions, security, and reliability.
  • Google Gemini or related Google Cloud AI services, for optional AI assistant processing.
  • RevenueCat, for subscription entitlement and purchase status management if subscriptions are enabled.
  • Apple and Google Play, for app distribution, in-app purchases, subscriptions, billing, and related platform services.

These providers are used only as necessary to provide app functionality, infrastructure, subscription processing, diagnostics, security, and AI response generation. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use Pet Helper data for third-party advertising tracking.

User Choices and Deletion

You can choose whether to provide pet profile details, photos, voice notes, health records, chat messages, and location access. Some features may not work without the relevant data or permission.

Users can delete their account from inside the app where account deletion is available. When an account is deleted, we delete the user profile and associated app data, such as pet profiles, health records, reminders, uploaded files, chat history, and saved answers, subject to any legal obligations or limited technical retention requirements.

Veterinary Care Disclaimer

Pet Helper provides educational and organizational support only. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. If your pet has trouble breathing, repeated vomiting or diarrhea, seizures, bleeding, possible poisoning, severe pain, collapse, or any rapidly worsening condition, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency clinic immediately.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.

You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.

Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Law enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Yaratıcı Drama Mobil App - Artificial Intelligence Features and Data Sharing

Yaratıcı Drama includes optional AI-assisted features that help users generate creative drama workshop plans, activity ideas, session flows, evaluation summaries, and educational reports.

Before any personal or user-provided content is sent to an AI service, the app asks for the user's explicit permission inside the app. If the user does not give permission, AI features that require external processing will not send that data.

When the user chooses to use AI features, the following types of information may be sent for processing:

  • Workshop generation inputs, such as target group, age range or level, group size, duration, goals, theme, setting, energy level, and optional participant-related notes entered by the user.
  • Evaluation and reporting inputs, such as observation notes, tags, selected participant or group title, report type, and related educational context.
  • Saved or previously generated AI output only when the user asks the app to refine or regenerate that output.
  • Voice note audio and/or transcription content only if voice note transcription features are enabled and used.

This information is first processed through Firebase Cloud Functions operated by Lorden Games OÜ and may then be sent to Google Gemini, a third-party AI service provided by Google, to generate the requested response.

We use this data only to provide the requested AI-assisted feature, such as generating a workshop plan, refining an activity, transcribing a voice note, or creating an educational evaluation summary. We do not sell this data.

AI-generated evaluation summaries are intended for educational and facilitation support only. They are not medical, psychological, diagnostic, or clinical assessments.

We require third-party service providers that process user data on our behalf to provide appropriate privacy, security, and data protection safeguards. Google's processing of Gemini API data is governed by Google's applicable terms and data processing policies.

Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information into AI prompts or observation notes. If a user includes personal data, that data may be processed as described above to provide the requested AI feature.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
